We LOVE Lucy’s!!! It’s one of our favorite places to eat. Always so calming and has a very patriotic small town feel. The servers are efficient and friendly. The food is also soo good and tastes so fresh! This is one of our go to spots in Celina.
Lucy's is great! I go almost every Thursday night for DJ Trivia. The food is good, the atmosphere welcoming, and the wait staff friendly. Khloe is especially awesome.
This was a great little gem. We stopped in for brunch because we were in the area and everything was really tasty! We've tried a lot of other places in Pilot Point and Aubrey and have always been a little disappointed by the lack of flavor but we liked everything we tried here and are planning to visit again.
The wait was about 30 minutes but we used that time to walk around the square and explore the shops. Once seated we enjoyed soft drinks and fried pickles while waiting for our main dishes. The table chose the massive country burgers and a chicken fried steak dinner. Everyone was very happy with the portion sizes and the taste! The table also had chocolate cream pies ans ice cream. The chocolate pies tasted perfect and the crust was amazing! We will come Back. They also had live music which was so great to hear in the background and it was at the perfect volume, not overpowering at all!
Lucy’s on the Square in Celina is such a fun and welcoming spot! The atmosphere is lively and full of charm, perfect for a casual meal or a night out with friends. Our server, Nicholas, was absolutely exceptional attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. The food was delicious with generous portions that left us happily full (and with leftovers to take home!). Between the great service, fun vibe, and hearty plates, it’s easy to see why Lucy’s is a local favorite. Highly recommend!
Shoutout to Khloe at Lucy’s! 🌟 She took great care of us—super fast service, very personable, and hilarious! A great attitude goes a long way, and she absolutely nailed it. We’ll definitely be back. Home cooked, comfort food and great pies.
We love Lucy's! We normally have Nickolas as our server and looked forward to seeing him tonight. We even brought in our Celina-opoly game for him to sign the board where Lucy's on the Square is. Unfortunately he wasn't working tonight. However, we were waited on by John. He was great as well. We have actually never had bad service or food here. I am a fan of the burgers, wraps and strawberry pecan salad. My wife loves the soups and chocolate cream pie. Whatever you're into, Lucy's doesn't disappoint.
I don’t like bloated reviews so here’s the TL;DR. Excellent food, great service in a perfectly sized downtown restaurant. I had the chicken fried chicken which was absolutely perfectly tender and done and smothered with an excellent white sauce that compliments rather than overwhelms. The green beans side are new-south cooked with old-south grilled diced onion and jalapeños. Excellent flavors. We had two deserts: coconut crème pie and Key Lime. You can’t go wrong with either. Great crust on the key lime. Great custard in the coconut.
